Charter
The GSA charter enumerates the constitution and functioning of the GSA. It was last revised and approved by the Faculty of Arts & Sciences and as the Graduate Student body in Spring 2019. It can be viewed here.
Bylaws
The GSA bylaws describe the structure, operations, and procedures of the assembly. The Bylaws are updated regularly, and they were most recently updated in August 2023. They can be viewed here.
Board of Trustees Report
Every Spring, the Steering Committee and the Committee Chairs meet with a member of Yale’s Board of Trustees to summarize the GSA’s achievements over the past academic year. In preparation for this meeting, the GSA creates a detailed report of the GSA’s activity over the academic year, and the report for the 2025-2026 academic year can be viewed here (Yale CAS required).
