GSA representatives are expected to conduct semesterly meetings for all graduate students within their departments.  These Departmental Meetings are our primary mechanism for communicating resources to, and soliciting concerns and questions from, graduate students.

The Graduate School provides funds for food at these meetings. Guidelines for how to pay for a department meeting  for representatives are here.
