About the Assembly
The Graduate Student Assembly (GSA) is the elected body of Yale students in the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.
The Assembly's mission is to improve graduate students' academic, living, and social experiences at Yale. To this end, we
- identify the needs and concerns of Yale's graduate students.
- work with the Deans of the Graduate School and other Yale administrative offices to develop solutions that well serve graduate student needs and desires.
- voice graduate students' opinions and advise on changes to Graduate School policy proposed by the Graduate School administration.
- provide means for communication and deliberation among graduate students, and between grad students and other members of the Yale and New Haven communities.
