Everyone should have received a Yale Health Plan insurance card at some point in their graduate career. You need to have one with you at all times in case of emergencies.  We are currently trying to make it possible to access a copy of your card online, but in the meantime, if you don't have one, call Member Services at 432-0246 and request one. You should receive a copy in the mail within a few days.
